Once you are at our portal, you will need to enter your username and password to enter the portal. To create a new account, follow the “Create one now” link and enter a valid email address and password (minimum of eight characters).

Simply follow the “Forgot your password? Reset it.” link on the main log-in page. You will be asked to enter your email address and then sent a confirmation email to restore your password.

If something goes wrong with your server you can reboot it, restore it from backup or snapshot, or delete it and start over. We recommended you keep regular backups or snapshots of your system for easier recovery.

Yes, you can access your Ormuco cloud portal via smartphone or tablet. All you need to do is log onto our dashboard to gain access to your resources.

No, we give you the freedom to explore and test our portal before entering your billing information. Once you are ready to deploy instances, you will need to enter your billing information.

No, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services, you can contact our Customer Support team and they will try to rectify the situation.

Ormuco cloud users are charged by the hour, and some months have more hours than others. For example, January has 744 hours and April has 720 hours.
